This page is for informational and documentation purposes only. It reflects my personal metabolic and therapeutic approach. Nothing here is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your own protocol.
Before reviewing my dosage and timing, it’s important to understand that I follow a therapeutic-level ketogenic diet designed to maintain a consistently low glucose-ketone index (GKI). I eat twice a day — at 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. — with no snacks in between. This creates a daily 18-hour intermittent fast, designed to limit tumor fuel availability while supporting metabolic flexibility and sustained ketosis.Read more about this approach on my Keto Diet page.
Morning RoutineI take all morning supplements and compounds with Bulletproof coffee (organic coffee + MCT oil + unsweet organic almond milk).
This combination provides dietary fat to enhance absorption of fat-soluble compounds and maintain ketosis.
Morning Schedule
✦ Iron (Chelated) — 27 mg [daily]
Purpose: Enhances the uptake and activation of Artemisinin. Iron interacts with the endoperoxide bridge within Artemisinin’s structure, causing it to break and release reactive oxygen species (ROS) directly inside iron-rich tumor cells. This localized oxidative burst contributes to mitochondrial stress and selective cytotoxicity while sparing healthy cells with lower iron concentrations.
Wait 15 minutes✦ Artemisinin — 1000 mg [ daily ]
Purpose: In cancer metabolism, it’s being studied for its ability to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) in iron-rich cells — selectively targeting rapidly dividing or iron-accumulating tumor cells.
Wait 15 minutes✦ Cimetidine — 400 mg [ Monday – Saturday ]
Purpose: Supports drug metabolism and plasma levels of Ivermectin, Mebendazole and Fenbendazole, making them more bio-available.
Wait 15 minutes.✦ Ivermectin — 24 mg [ Monday / Wed. / Friday ]. If fatigue occurs, split the dose into two 12 mg halves (AM / PM).
Purpose: Ivermectin is being investigated for potential anticancer and metabolic-modulating effects. It has been shown in studies to inhibit PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling, reduce tumor cell proliferation, and promote apoptosis and mitochondrial regulation in certain cancer models.✦ Fenbendazole — 444 mg [ taken with breakfast Mon./Wed./ Fri.]
Purpose: Fenbendazole is being studied for potential anticancer effects — interfering with microtubule formation and cellular glucose metabolism. It’s being explored for its potential to disrupt tumor cell energy production, induce apoptosis, and enhance redox stress within malignant cells.✦ Mebendazole — 200 mg [ Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday ]
Purpose: Mebendazole is a benzimidazole antiparasitic that binds to β-tubulin, disrupting microtubule formation. In cancer metabolism research, it’s being studied for its ability to inhibit cell division, disrupt glucose and glutamine uptake, and suppress tumor angiogenesis. It may also influence mitochondrial respiration and apoptosis pathways in rapidly dividing cells.
Supplements taken with both meals (9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.)
✦ Silymarin, Life Extension, Advanced Milk Thistle, (760 mg)
Purpose: Beyond its antioxidant and liver detoxification support, Silymarin helps normalize amino acid metabolism by downregulating glutamine synthetase and reducing glutaminolysis activity within tumor cells. This modulation limits glutamine availability as a mitochondrial fuel, indirectly reinforcing the effects of Glutamine Inhibifour and therapeutic fasting. Additionally, Silymarin supports hepatic detoxification and drug metabolism, helping maintain liver resilience under continuous metabolic therapy.✦ Berberine, LipoMicel Matrix (500 mg)
Purpose: Berberine activates AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), a master regulator of energy metabolism. By lowering glucose and insulin signaling and inhibiting mTOR, it supports a metabolic environment unfavorable to tumor growth while enhancing mitochondrial efficiency and fat utilization.✦ Silymarin, Life Extension, Advanced Milk ThistleSilymarin, Life Extension, Advanced Milk ThistleBetulinic Acid (MCS Formulas, one capsule per meal)
Purpose: Betulinic Acid selectively triggers mitochondria-mediated apoptosis in cancer cells through the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the activation of caspase pathways, while sparing healthy cells. It also supports metabolic stress within tumor cells, complementing the therapeutic fasting and ketogenic framework.✦ Glutamine Inhibifour (MCS Formulas, one capsule per meal)
Purpose: Designed to reduce glutamine utilization in tumor cells. Targets the glutaminolysis pathway, limiting glutamine’s availability as a key carbon and nitrogen source for tumor cell growth. This supports nutrient restriction at the mitochondrial level, complementing therapeutic fasting and a ketogenic diet.✦ Glycolysis Inhibithree (MCS Formulas, one capsule per meal)
Purpose: Formulated to inhibit glycolytic flux in cancer cells. Disrupts glucose metabolism by targeting enzymes within the glycolytic pathway, helping maintain a low-glucose metabolic environment and reinforcing ketosis-driven fuel preference.✦ Genistein Ultra (MCS Formulas, one capsule per meal)
Purpose: Genistein influences multiple metabolic and signaling pathways relevant to tumor control. It downregulates glutamine synthetase and inhibits Akt/mTOR signaling, reducing nutrient uptake and anabolic drive in cancer cells. Through its tyrosine kinase inhibition and NF-κB modulation, it helps suppress inflammatory and proliferative gene expression. Genistein also promotes AMPK activation and mild mitochondrial oxidative stress, complementing the ketogenic and fasting-induced metabolic environment.
Supplements taken with the second meal (2:00 p.m.)
✦ EGCG (800 mg)
Purpose: Green tea extract; supports metabolic signaling and ROS modulation. Reduces glycolytic flux and enhances ROS-mediated apoptosis within the tumor microenvironment.✦ 5-LOX Inhibitor (200 mg)
Purpose: Reduces inflammation and lipid peroxidation. Inhibits the 5-lipoxygenase pathway, reducing pro-inflammatory leukotrienes that promote tumor survival and progression.✦ AprésFlex® (Boswellia serrata extract, 20% AKBA)
Purpose: Anti-inflammatory; supports cellular health Inhibits NF-κB signaling and 5-lipoxygenase, reducing chronic inflammation and supporting apoptosis pathways.✦ Vitamin D3 (5000 IU) with K2
Purpose: Supports immune modulation, hormone balance, and cellular differentiation. Vitamin D3 promotes cellular regulation and immune function, while Vitamin K2 directs calcium into bones and away from soft tissue, reducing inflammation and supporting metabolic homeostasis.✦ Sperti Vitamin D Lamp (5-minutes, Every other day)
Purpose: Since already supplementing Vitamin D₃ (5000 IU) + K₂, the Sperti lamp helps optimize natural production and maintain consistent serum levels without over-reliance on oral dosing. Regular UV-B exposure supports circadian rhythm, nitric-oxide release, and immune signaling — all relevant to metabolic and cancer support frameworks.
Prostate Health
In addition to my core metabolic therapy, I also support overall prostate health through the following compounds:
✦ Life Extension Ultra Prostate Formula (one capsule w/ each meal)
Purpose: Provides targeted support for prostate function, hormone balance, and cellular integrity through key nutrients such as saw palmetto, beta-sitosterol, and zinc.✦ Lycopene, Swanson, Lyc-O-Mato® (40mg w/ breakfast)
Purpose: Helps protect prostate cells from oxidative damage, supports normal PSA expression, and complements the anti-inflammatory aspects of a ketogenic and fasting-based protocol.
